New Prescription:
To fill a prescription, we require that we have the original prescription in our pharmacy in order to dispense your medication*. To expedite your order, you may order your prescription;
Online – Upload an image of your prescription with your completed prescription order form via our website located under the Orders – Prescription Order Form tab. Then purchase your prescription online OR request the call back option if you cannot located the exact ingredients, strength and/or quantity.

Phone – 02 9693 2313. Call us with your physician’s name and we will contact your physician to verify your request..
Upon receipt of your prescription, we may call you to discuss the details and answer any questions you may have. We may also contact your prescriber to verify or clarify some details. Please note that certain prescriptions will require us receiving the original copy in house at time of pick up or within a certain timeframe.
* It is a legal requirement that all original prescriptions be mailed to Compounded or bring it with you if you are picking up your medication.

Repeat prescription:
If you have repeats on your prescription you may leave your repeats on file with us. You can then contact us via any of the above methods advising us you would like your repeat filled.
If your repeat prescription is from another pharmacy please follow the process above for new prescriptions.
